CUSTOM HANG TAGS FAQ

Q: What is your minimum?
A: Our minimum is 1,000pcs for all hang tags regardless of materials used.

Q: Where do I start?
A: Please first provide us your artwork in a print ready format (eps, high resolution jpeg, pdf) with all fonts outlined. This will allow us to give you an accurate quotation.

Q: Can you make hang tags from other than paper?
A: Sure! We specialize in custom hang tags and can produce them from recycled paper, PVC, reflective PVC, Rubber, faux leather, canvas, woven and much more. If you have a particular material in mind, please forward us a sample of the material and we would source it for you.

Q: Can you attach strings to the hang tags?
A: Yes. We can deliver the hang tags to you with custom strings/ties attached or even custom safety pins attached.

Q: Do you match colors?
A: We follow the CMYK levels in your artwork. Please note that the colors you see in your monitor screen or printer are usually different than the actual CMYK colors you give us. In order to accurately match the colors you want, please provide us with pantone color codes. We could also print using gold and silver metallic paint.

Q: I don't want people to just throw away my hang tags. What are my options?
A: We can make hang tags with a peel-off adhesive backing which becomes a sticker that your customers can use. Or a nice PVC or rubber hang tag can also be used as a key chain. For other ideas, please contact our knowledgeable sales rep.

Q: Can you make my hang tag in the shape of a heart?
A: Yes. Just email us your design and our knowledgeable sales rep would discuss if your die-cut design is production friendly.

Q: I don't have a designer. Can you help me?
A: Yes. Professional design services are available. Please refer to our design services.
