Q: What is your minimum?
A: Our minimum is 1,000pcs but we could accomodate lower quantity. Please contact your sales rep for more information.

Q: What is the cost?
A: There is a one-time mold cost of $250 and more depending on the size of your design.

For an accurate quote, please provide us your artwork in eps, high res jpeg, or pdf format with all fonts outlined. A frontal and side view of the artwork would be helpful.

Q: Can you make both hard and soft PVC?
A: Yes. Depending on the usage of your PVC patch we can make it more flexible and pliable or harder and stiffer.

Q: What are some of the usages of PVC/rubber patches?
A: There are many different usages of this great material. Many use them as clothing labels, foot ware labelsl, key-chains, magnets, hang tags, bag labels, zipper pulls and much more.

Q: Can PVC and rubber labels be sewn on?
A: Yes. We can include a sewing channel for easy sewing by your sewing contractors.

Q: Can you put adhesive backing on the patch?
A: Yes. An adhesive film could be put on for an extra charge.

Q: Do you offer any PVC-Free patches?
A: Yes. Silicone is an excellent material for a PVC-free required usage. Silicone is more environmentally friendly than PVC. It captures small details of your artwork and can be produced on felt backings.

Q: Do you match colors?
A: Yes. The best way is to provide us with pantone color codes.

Q: I don't have a designer. Can you help me?
A: Yes. Professional design services are available. Please refer to our design services.
