Make Use of Tagless Labels to Add Style and Comfort

Flexographic ink is used to Pantone color match the tagless labels.  Silk screening is used to apply the design to a precut clear velum backing that is ready to be applied as soon as it is received.  These designs can incorporate up to four different colors for the more simple designs. For more complex designs that require more than four colors , the process is different. Tagless labels remove the possibility that someone may cut out the label and remove the branding from the garment. These labels will be on the garment through repeated washings, and they are not able to be ripped out of the garment. 

When clothing is purchased for people with sensitive skin, like newborns, consumers are looking for a tagless label that will not scratch the baby's delicate skin.

Many active sports players also prefer the tagless labels because they do not cause irritation when they move around om the basketball court or sprint across the soccer field.

Our tagless labels come in different sizes, but because the silk screen plate is created in a specific size, each order for the product in different sizes would be considered a separate order. A silk screen plate would need to be created for the larger and smaller images. Our sales representatives can talk about the pricing differences for ordering the tagless tags in different sizes.

There are less expensive wayw to create tagless labels, but, at Cruz Label, do not use these methods. That is because the less expensive way does not create a long lasting product. Our tagless labels will not fade out or wash off after only a few washes.  They will withstand wear and tear and numerous wash cycles.
